My mom recently quit smoking. It’s been over 5 weeks. She grows increasingly cranky and seems to basically hate me. I can’t do anything right at all. The Reason for Hope.
So, because most days I’m cranky and focus on how badly my life sucks, I want to look at the hope I feel some days. So for every bad thought I think, I’m gonna try to come up with a reason why it should be looked at in a good way.
